How does this work?
Hand me your cartridge(s) that have your save files and a USB stick (£4.00 for the initial game and £0.50 for any extras at the same time)
 
I'll make a backup of the file(s) and hand you your game and the USB with the backup on it. You should be able to use these files on any emulator if it's how you play your games (although I'm not sure about the legality of emulating a game you already own(?) so I can't technically condone it)
 
Get your battery changed on your game cartridge(s). I've done this to my own cartridges but I'm not confident enough in my own abilities to offer this service
 
Come back to me with the USB and your cartridge(s) and I'll restore your saves back onto your physical games
