Here's a sneak preview - I recently picked up this gorgeous Imperial Model 50 Typewriter. These were produced between 1927 and 1955, and at this time I haven't looked up the serial number to put an age to this one. I'm guessing early '40s(?).
Once I've caught back up with myself I'll be bringing this machine back to life! It has an issue with the space advance and needs a thorough going over, plus a new ribbon! Fingers crossed I can sort the few issues out easy enough 🤞
I really enjoy working on typewriters, there's just something about them...
